The east side of Hidden Lakes abuts Folsom Lake State Recreation Area and getting to Folsom Lake is a beautiful walk from all homes within the community. Folsom SRA offers swimming, boating, fishing, equestrian trails, hiking and dozens of biking trails, and camping. The paved American River Bike Trail begins in Folsom SRA and runs for 30 miles into Sacramento.
   

Nearby Recreation and Activities
Lake Tahoe, Sierra ski slopes, Napa and San Francisco are all within a two hour drive. The nearby communities of Placerville, Nevada City and Grass Valley offer wonderful short day hiking and shopping for the family.

Located in the highly rated Eureka Union School District (K-8) and the Roseville Joint Union School District (9-12), children are offered one of the best educations available in the Greater Sacramento region. Optional school buses come through our community, too.
